Filament extrusion
Selective Laser Melting
SLM technology is one of the most advanced for the additive manufacturing of metal parts. Thanks to its high-power laser which selectively fuses metal particles layer by layer, we manufacture High Performance parts with complex geometries, often impossible to produce with traditional machining methods.
Photopolymerization
Photopolymerization technology, often referred to as stereolithography (SLA) or DLP (Digital Light Processing), relies on the solidification of photosensitive resins using ultraviolet light. We use it for the manufacturing of technical resin parts with specific mechanical and thermal characteristics.
Filament Extrusion
Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) manufacturing involves melting a thermoplastic filament and then depositing it layer by layer to form a part. We chose this technology mainly for the manufacture of functional and resistant tools but also to develop an environmentally friendly industry, since we rely more and more on filaments of recycled material that we produce ourselves.

3D Process Simulation
The digital simulation of production and logistics flows, which we carry out using Tecnomatix® Plant Simulation from Siemens, makes it possible to optimize industrial processes by modeling and analyzing production chains and logistics systems. Thanks to this approach, we are able to predict the behavior of a system, identify its inefficiencies and make improvements even before implementing physical changes.

We model each step of the production chain in detail. This simulation takes into account raw material flows, cycle times, human and machine resource usage, work in progress and much more
